Shipping is free both ways sent by USPS first class mail. Rapid Return guarantees two day return delivery. The company offers four subscription plans to choose from and a 14 day Free Trial. The BushDVD Affiliate Program pays $25 per sign up whether the customer joins by way of Free Trial or the Special Pre-Paid plan.

Checks are mailed monthly and the minimum payout is $50.

If an affiliate is caught spamming, your account will be de-activated and all monies owed will be forfeited. This includes but is not limited to e-mail, Instant Messaging and Message Boards/Forums.
