Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and as usual with Digital Playground the level is a little on the low side. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks good. The picture often looks a touch dark, however, and there's a little more softness than I normally expect from Digital Playground. It isn't enough to really interfere with the presentation, but it rarely looks as nice as I'd like it to.

The Movie: In the Digital Playground neighborhood, there's more than a little tension between mothers and daughters as they seem to share a lot of interest in the same men. When the girls catch their moms banging their men, they're out to get a bit of revenge.

Diamond and Kayden each do a very nice job taking on Tommy, and Lisa Ann taking on Danny balances out very well with Ben taking on Vicki and Selena. Dyanna and Manuel turn out a nicely energetic scene, and Riley and Jesse's romp with Evan is more than fun. Finally there's one of the best cast group scenes I think I might have watched in a major Digital Playground release. That isn't to say that this release is without its faults, and the biggest fault here is the camera work. It's horribly tight and close through the entire movie, and with a fair amount of group scenes there were many times when I had no clue who was being fucked due to the camera work and editing. It also robbed a lot of the group scenes of the fun with the entire group playing with each other, which held things back more than a little. The other problem is that with a two DVD release I couldn't help but expect more for the feature. The scenes are a pretty good length, but seven scenes in barely two and a half hours is a bit on the tight side. Add in the behind the scenes featurette and you still only have three hours of unique footage with plenty of studios put out all the time. The only reason this seems to be a two DVD release is to fit the plethora of trailers in the extras. Don't get me wrong, Mothers & Daughters is a hot and fun release that's a heck of a lot better than a heck of a lot of the porn that's out there. Unfortunately, it also shows the potential and has enough going for it that I think the viewer should have expected more.

The Extras: The second DVD is devoted entirely to extras. Trailers are included for twenty eight other Digital Playground releases. The slide show lasts about seven and a quarter minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts a little under twenty five minutes. After a few flashes around the set, Jamall chats with Riley and Jesse about the movie and getting busy with Evan. There's a little fun with Dyanna and a quick birthday celebration for Kayden before Selena chats about looking forward to working with Ben. Kayden talk about her sex fantasies with Jesse and there's a little fun chatting with Jesse, Selena, and the sound crew before Vicki gets her chance to shine chatting, shooting her scene, and showing off her oral skills. Jesse returns for a little dirty talk before maximum boobage around the set and chatting with Diamond. There's also a little fun with Lisa Ann, Selena, and Vicki talking about their relationships in the movie as well as Lisa Ann showing off and talking about new competition coming to porn. Jamall continues around the set chatting with the girls about sex with their friends' moms and boyfriends as well as capturing plenty of eye candy and having fun chatting with the cast. This is a very nice behind the scenes featurette. You get plenty of eye candy and a few laughs as well as some good personality from the cast. This is a very nice addition to the overall release.
