Initial Expectations: Ive been pretty impressed by Marty Zion and Nectar. They hits a snag now and then, but for the most part have been well worth checking out. Im looking forward to this one.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done. There isnt much audio, since its dominated by the music, but there also arent any background noises. The video is also very nicely done. Its free of grain and very nicely lit. It has an artistic feel and blends full color scenes with black and white shots in a very pleasing manner. Theres a couple very short flashes of pixelation, but there very few and very far between. This is a great looking and sounding movie.

Music: Jeffrey Bryan provides the score, which is very nicely done. Its normally either a little loud or the only audio in the movie, but it works here. Its high energy and has a dance beat that feels unique and helps out each of the scenes.

Menus: The menus are a little different, but once again, they work for me for some reason. The main menu blends in a chapter menu where you can choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene. Its simple, but for some reason I kinda like it.

The Feature

Marty Zion normally avoids a plot for his movies, and instead goes with a general theme. This time the theme is a dance club, Club Inferno. The scenes take place around the club and never have any kind of story to lead into the action.

Scene 1 - Alexis Malone, Jassie, and Steve French

Jassie starts things out laying back on a couch in a back room and letting Alexis explore her. Alexis starts out exploring Jassie with her hands before driving her tongue into Jassies pussy. She follows her tongue up with a couple fingers before letting Jassie suck them clean. Afterwards Jassie helps Alexis strip down and kisses her way across Alexis great natural body as she reveals it. She works Alexis over with her tongue and fingers and they sixty-nine before theyre found by Steve. Since theyre both ready to go the girls team up to get Steve ready for them before he fucks Alexis while she eats Jassie again. Jassie takes her turn next with a reverse cowgirl ride before Steve alternates between the two girls in doggie. Finally, Steve unleashes a great pop with enough to give each girl a facial.

This is an excellent scene. Theres both great chemistry and great energy, and the cameras capture it all extremely well. The only thing I can see anybody really complaining about here is that the girls mug the camera a bit, but they do such a great job drawing me into the scene that I really didnt care.

Scene 2 - Charlie Lane and Tanya James

Hot blonde Tanya and hot brunette Charlie start the second scene out with a bit of solo dancing and stripping. They diddle themselves a bit before finally coming together for a kiss. Tanya lets the kiss drop down to Charlies nipples and then keeps it going right down to her neatly shaved pussy. Charlie reciprocates before sliding a colorful glass dildo into Tanyas twat. She gets the dildo as well before the girls finish things up with a kiss.

This is another excellent scene. The masturbation went on just a little long for me, but it did work as a great tease for the scene. The girls both looked fabulous and the cameras made them look about as beautiful as one could hope for. They also put plenty of energy into the scene and looked to have great chemistry. This is a very hot scene.

Scene 3 - Monica Sweetheart and Dick Smothers Jr.

Once again, Marty Zion shoots and scores. Monica looks fantastic, and she and Dick have nice chemistry and energy. I was a little surprised that Monica didnt take the anal here, but she still does a great job without it.

Scene 4 - Justine, Monica Temptem, and Charisma Cole

After dancing around a bit, brunette Charisma, blonde Monica, and red dyed Justine decide to relax with a bit of muff diving. They start out working it all around before Justine and Charisma team up on Monica and her bald beaver. Afterwards the girls all break out glass dildos and work on themselves. This is another very nice scene. As usual the girls are absolutely gorgeous and put out some nice chemistry and energy. The scene went on just a little long again, and it was thrown a little out of balance by Monica disappearing during the strap-on portion of the scene.

Scene 5 - Rhiannon Bray and Nick Manning

Finally, Rhiannon, a nice looking brunette, dances a little before turning on the show for Nick. This is another very hot scene. Rhiannon isnt somebody Id pick as being an absolute knockout, but she is nice looking, has a great body, and definitely puts out plenty of energy fucking. Nick doesnt seem to be into it as much as she does, but she easily carries the scene and makes it worthwhile. This is a hot scene and a good one to end the movie on.

Club Inferno is another hot porno from Marty Zion. As usual, Marty has an MTV style of editing which works well and combines it with beautiful girls and eye appealing sets. The scenes all have plenty of chemistry, which really says a lot since normally when the music overpowers the rest of the audio like it does here I can rarely get a feel for the chemistry. Here, the chemistry normally overflows in the scenes to the point that I wonder if they needed to crank the music just to prevent the viewers from having to wash their pants too often. There isnt a loser of a scene here, and the only complaint I can have about them is that the masturbation sequence leading into a couple of the middle scenes seemed to go on a bit long. I think that if a couple minutes were edited out there the scenes might have been a little stronger. Other than that, I was very happy with Club Inferno. Its beautiful and sexy, and shows that art and sex can live very happily together.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for Illumination, Metropolis, Mystified, and Liquid. Theres also weblinks, a slide show lasting over three and a half minutes with roughly four seconds per very nice looking snapshot or moving photo, and a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts nearly eight minutes. Theres several interviews with the stars, a little fun behind the scenes, and a bit of the scenes being shot. Its nicely balanced between the three and mixes things up nicely. For the length of the featurette its nicely done.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Nectar DVDs can be found online for between about $20 and $32 with several stores offering them near the low end. Although Id suggest people who havent watched one of Marty Zions movies before buying one, this one would be a great place to start. The sex is nicely varied and all very hot. Theres also a very nice transfer and decent attention to the extras. This is a nicely done DVD.

Note to Nectar: Its great to see you giving the technical aspects as much attention as you do. About the only thing I can think of to improve this overall DVD would be to include a cast listing by scene or arrange the end credits (and thank you for including these) so that people can easily put together whos who in the movie.
