The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are fairly average. The audio is nicely balanced, but it sometimes feels a little hollow. Its also varies a little and frequently comes off a little quiet. The video is a bit off. Its nicely lit, but theres some very obvious pixelation right from the start that held the movie back.

Music: The music is a little loud, but quite sexy. If there was plot here it would probably interfere, but it works pretty nice for the style of the movie. Sadly, if youve seen any of Zora Banx other work for Smash youve probably heard all of the music already, which does bring it down a little.

Disc Complaints: The authoring for the disc is a bit funky. The scenes are all split over two chapters, but the first six scenes are also split so that the time clock restarts. Then the last four scenes are on another title. Im always curious about some of the time factors in a scene, which is also why I like a time stamp (which as usual isnt included here), and here it left me a little confused. Thankfully Smash knows how to use more than one chapter to the scene, but here it just felt kind of jumbled.

Menus: The menus are nicely done. The main menu has a little animation and a very straightforward approach that really worked for me. The chapter menu is also very nicely done and lets you select a scene based on a couple shots of the scene and the name of the girl in the scene. It also lets you choose between jumping to the handjob or the pop shot.

The Feature

Zora Banx is back for Smash pictures, and moves away from her Down Your Throat series slightly with Killer Grip. Heck, Im not much of a handjob fan and I was able to really get into it. The technical aspects lack a little compared to most of Smashs offerings, but theyve put some decent effort into the extras. This is a nicely done DVD thats worth checking out if its your fetish.

Note to Smash Pictures: This was a very nice start, and definitely had some very good things going for it. I hope if theres a Killer Grip 2 that you can work out some of the style problems here and clean up the video and some of the authoring.
