The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio has a decent balance, but feels a little mushy. The video also seems a little off. Theres a bit of pixelation, which might be there for a slightly artistic effect, but theres also a yellowish tinge to the scene that didnt work for me if the effects were meant to be artistic. On the plus side the feature is presented in the widescreen format, but unfortunately its non-anamorphic.

Music: The music has a soft feel and rests very quietly in the background

Menus: The menus are pretty simple. The main menu lets you choose between the movie, the virtual sex, and trailers. If you choose the movie, youre also given options for other extras and a chapter menu. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a still of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature

Asian Virtual 3 features the Korean Ming Chen. Ming is a cute girl with a natural body and a few tattoos. Here, you get the choice between controlling the action with virtual sex and watching a few scenes featuring Ming.

Scene 1 - Ming Chen and a guy

When she gets sick of watching TV while her man reads the paper, Ming decides to put the moves on. Theyre interrupted by her mans roommate coming home, but they solve that problem by heading to the bedroom where they kiss before he goes to work on Mings tits orally. He moves down to eat her pussy before working his way back up to kiss her neck and let her suck his fingers. This is a pretty good scene. Mings a cute girl and theres nice chemistry between her and her partner. They keep things moving pretty well here with some decent energy, but the yellowish tinge to the room threw things off a little. This is an above average scene.

Scene 2 - Ming Chen

After surveying the city around her from the balcony, Ming comes back inside, strips down, and hops in the shower. She dries off, and apparently still not feeling clean enough, hops into a bubble bath where she lightly diddles herself before coming out and lying on the bed wearing only a towel. Of course the towel comes off quickly so she can get back to diddling herself. She takes care of herself and the camera cuts out as soon as she rolls over to her side.

I watched this scene with my morning cereal, and watching the cereal move around in the milk was more interesting and entertaining than the scene. The cereal seemed to move around with more purpose than the scene, which seemed like it didnt know what it wanted to do other than have Ming lay around and diddle herself. The three ideas are fine, but the way theyre combined just made the scene seem like whoever was in charge didnt know which way he or she wanted to go and decided to just put them one after the other. This is a scene to make sure you have the remote control handy for, and if you have it with some cereal is sure to make you appreciate the cereal more.

Scene 3 - Ming Chen and a guy

Ming kicks back wearing a cute pale blue and white nightie, and reads a little while having her morning tea at the table. Her man decides to help her relax by giving her a shoulder rub, and of course moves his hands down to caress her tits as well before kissing her. They move into the bedroom where they kiss a little more before the dude takes the lead in the exchange or oral favors. Ming lets him fuck her missionary style as well as spooning her. This is an okay scene. I like the slow pace it starts out with and all the tease it brings in. Unfortunately, it kept moving at a snails pace and seemed extremely limited. Ming also looked like she might be uncomfortable through much of the scene. This scene pushes average.

Virtual Sex with Ming Chen

The virtual sex is extremely basic. Ming starts out stripping, and then lets you play with her tits or use your fingers or a vibe on her. She even lets you play with both of her holes if youd like. Shell suck your cock, and lets you have the usual choices of fucking her of missionary, doggie, and both cowgirls. Finally, theres one pop shot for the entire thing.

The virtual aspect was extremely basic. The longest segment went just over a minute, and it went as short as fifteen seconds. I like that the pop shot was real, but there was only one pop and it was from a position that didnt seem to fit with anything else in the virtual portion. The blowjob was boring, as Ming barely ever looked up, and the segments looped fully to give things an odd feel. The virtual aspect portion of the movie is very disappointing.

Asian Virtual 3 is a disappointing release. I really like how FantaDream decided to include a few scenes with Ming rather than just including the virtual sex. At the same time, Im extremely disappointed because the virtual sex is the main draw for this release and it looks like it was just slopped together as an afterthought. The sloppy feel goes through other parts of the movie as well, with most of it due to the off-colored tinting of the movie and some of the editing. Most of the scenes felt like they could have used another trip through the editing bay, since although the camera work was okay the scenes all felt overly long. Asian Virtual 3 has a nice idea by bringing together a couple of the stars scenes with the virtual sex, but the end product ended up extremely disappointing.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of the Asian Virtual titles can be found online for between about $13 and $26 with a few stores offering them at the low end. This one didnt work for me, so if youre really interested in it Id suggest renting it first. The sex seems very tame, and the interactive aspect is very primitive. The technical aspects also seemed a little off and there isnt much effort put into the extras. Although some of it has a nice idea, this wasnt too impressive of a DVD.
