The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Digital Playground, the technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I don't think I noticed a single background noise. The video is nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen, and also shows some very good care. The lighting is well done and although there is a bit of camera motion it's pretty minimal. There's also just a hint of grain that pops up throughout the movie.

Menus: The main menu works together a few stills with a bit of background animation. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene, a chapter number, and the name of the girl in the segment.

The Feature

Jack just doesnt seem to know when to stop. It started with the Playground and then grew into Teen America. Scene 5 Shay Jordan and Scott Nails

Jack's POV 6 is a pretty hot POV movie. As usual, there's some nice camera work as well as a nice range of girls. It's easy to tell who the guys are providing the wood here, and that's some of the problem. In the past, Jack's POV has revolved around Jack, while here it seems to work more around Scott than Jack with only the last two scenes being about Jack. I do like how Marco worked into being Jack in his scene with Shay, which helped to give the scene a fun feeling before getting on with the really hot sex. In fact, that feeling leading to the really hot sex was part of what made that my non-Jack favorite scene in the movie. My other favorite was with Shay, who once again shows herself to be quite the hottie as they start her scene out with plenty of tease and personality. That tease and personality I think is what was missing for the most part here. While Jack always has to schmooze his way in and get the girls to work from teasing him to pleasing him, Scott is all about getting straight to the action and the tease is secondary and almost feels like an obstacle to the action. The action also fell a bit short by having the guys be as quiet as possible, and that always hurts the chemistry for me. I know a lot of POV fans don't even seem to want the guy in the scene, but when there's two or more people in the scene I want to feel like there's something between them and it's hard to get that feeling when the guy tries to not be in the scene. Jack's POV 6 is a very enjoyable POV movie, but it just didn't keep the momentum the rest of the series seemed to have for me.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Playgrounds bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. I'd aim a bit low here. The action isn't bad, but it doesn't quite have the charm of the previous installments. The technical aspects are well done, but sadly there's no real effort put into the extras once again. This is a good POV movie, but not a great one.

Note to Digital Playground: It's been nice seeing you including extras on your recent DVDs. I really missed them here.

Here we go fans with the latest POV from Jack and one thing which strikes me right off about this one as it has with previous volumes is the excellent boxcover shot.
