Blu-Ray vs. DVD: As usual with Digital Playground, the Blu-Ray has the same content as the DVD with higher quality technical aspects as well as a couple minor changes. The most noticeable change is the menus, which is a change I really like, but there are also fourteen trailers instead of eight.

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Digital Playground the technical aspects show some very nice energy. The audio is every bit as clear and well balanced as one has come to expect, as well as having the same low level forcing you to crank up your volume as you've come to expect. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. It's nicely lit, clear, and has a steady hand on the camera.

The Movie: Bibi and Tommy want to have kids, but things aren't going that easy for them. When they discover that although Bibi might be able to have kids, Tommy isn't able to hold up his end of the deal they set out to find a solution. They're not wild about getting a donation from a stranger, and set out to get a little help from their friends in the hope that they can finally have a child.

Bibi and Tommy due a very nice job trying to deal with the fears both of having a child as well as the difficulties in having one. The rest of the cast also does a nice job, with Remy and Manuel and Riley and Marcus adding some nice humor as well as Kendall and Bill adding another aspect as Bibi and Tommy swap with them. Sexually the movie also works very well. Bibi takes two very nice cream pies, and I can't help but hope that even though Bibi Jones has left the Digital Playground stable that we still get to see a few cream pies mixed in now and then. Remy and Manuel turn out a scene that's every bit as hot as one would expect between them, and Riley and Marcus turn out a scene that easily exceeded my expectations and held its own against Manuel and Remy. Finally there's Kendall, who turns out a great scene with Tommy to close things out filled with nice vocals and plenty of energy. If there's a complaint here I think it's going to be in the resolution for the story, and although I'll admit that I'm not wild about it I'll also admit that it fits the movie well. Fill'er Up is a hot and enjoyable couples feature with some surprising depth mixed in as well.

The Extras: Trailers are included for eight other Digital Playground releases. The photo gallery lasts about three and a half minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about seven and a half minutes. Bibi starts out chatting about her trip to Australia and her Howard Stern appearance. She also talks about her love of creampies and getting in trouble in Pittsburgh before things move to Riley and Marcus working together before the scene as well as the messy finish. Remy chats about her time in the industry, loving anal, and her last civilian sex. Kendall talks about shoes and socks before a very happy chat after her scene. This is a nice little behind the scenes featurette. You get some nice eye candy from the ladies as well as a bit of fun with the cast. This is a nice addition to the overall release.
