Running Time:
 78 min. (The boxcover states a running time of Approx. 120 min, which is over half again the length of this release. I'm deducting a full point from the overall rating because of this.)

Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are very artistic. The audio is clear and well balanced, but each scene starts with only music before the music dies to let you hear the performers. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. The camera work is smooth and steady, with a slight softness to the picture and very deliberate effort towards the lighting with great use of shadows.

Technical Notes:
The chapter menu seems to have its wires crossed. It lists Anna and Ricky as being in Scene 1 and Antonia and Adam in Scene 2, so if you use the chapter menu for the first two scenes you're taken to the wrong scene. This is a touch of sloppiness that held the overall DVD back slightly for me.

Sinful XXX is a unique studio for me. I absolutely hated their first release Sexual Bliss. I hated it to the point that when their second release, Passion Noir, arrived on my desk I only popped into my player to review expecting it to be a quick easy review I could wipe out, along with writing off the studio. Instead I found myself intrigued by it and unfortunately never got to finish it due to technical problems with the DVD. Needless to say, I wasn't quite sure what to expect with Desire For Sex, but I never expected to come away as impressed with this release as I was.

The artistic aspect in Desire For Sex was still very strong, but this time the chemistry seemed to come through very nice and it melded very well with the romantic setups and classy locations. The sex is very couples friendly, and with each scene ending with a cumshot below the neck it becomes a little more female friendly as well. I think the opening scene with Antonia and Adam might have been my favorite, but every scene here worked extremely well for me. I will admit that Blanche stood out a little due to her obviously implanted tits against Antonia's fantastic natural rack and Anna's nicely natural smaller tits, but that didn't hold anything back as the sex in her scene was every bit as strong as the others. All that said, it's also a little hard to get too excited about Desire For Sex. The sex and style works together extremely well, but it also only includes three scenes that barely last an hour and a quarter. Four scenes in a release and or a run time of at least an hour and a half seems to be very standard, and this one falls well short. Yes, it does show three pairings on the back cover, but it also says that the movie lasts about two hours. Desire For Sex is a hot and classy piece of artistic smut that's well worth the rental but hard to recommend for more than that due to the short running time and only including three scenes.

Final Thoughts:
 This is a very sexy movie and one that I can't help but recommend as a rental to see if it works for you or not. It's hard to recommend this as much more than a rental with only three scenes and a running time that's overstated by over forty minutes.

Note to Sinful XXX:
 There's nothing wrong with a shorter movie if it's done very well and if people can expect it. Overstating your running time by over half, however, is not a way to endear yourself to people.
