Initial Expectations: Im not normally a big fan of oral features, but with a cast that looks this good I cant help but give it a chance!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are excellent. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I dont think I heard a single background noise. The video is just as good. It almost has a soft feel, but it works for the feature. Its also extremely well lit, and was free of shadows to interfere with things. This is one of the best looking and sounding features Ive seen from Smash Pictures.

Music: Theres a little sexy music, and it balances out with the rest of the audio very well. Theres a nice variety to the music that works for each scene, and raises up the scenes an extra notch.

Disc Complaints: Theres no time stamp for the feature (which is really odd because most of the extras have a time stamp). This is one of the little things that always stands out to me. Quite often I dont have the time to watch a full movie, and I also like to jump back to specific spots in a movie. With a time stamp you can jump to specific instances in a movie and with many players leave a movie to come back to the specific instant you left off. Without the time stamp youre stuck going back to the chapter breaks only. From what I understand it takes almost no effort or cost to include a time stamp, so whenever I come across a DVD without one it always seems a bit cheap to me or like whoever made the DVD didnt really care that much about the people who are buying it. I love what Ive seen from Smash and know they care about the customer, so I really hope to see this change in the future!

Menus: The menus are simple, but effective. The main menu has a little animation combined with the boxcover. Unlike most main menus, it includes a few chapter menu links on it. Rather than just letting you jump to the chapter menu, it lets you jump to a broken down chapter menu in groups of three scenes where you can choose whether to go to the intro, the blowjob, or the pop. It even includes a small clip from each scene where you can tell which girl is in which scene if you want to jump to a specific person. Its a very nicely done chapter menu, and both it and the main menu show some nice care.

The Feature

The Down Your Throat series concentrates on oral action. Unlike most oral features, however, each scene has a small setup. The girls often get a little oral attention before they put their oral talents to work, and the camera moves around as if its a regular sex scene rather than an all oral feature that can be shot from a tripod.

Scene 1 - Nikky Blonde

My only complaint is in the title. With a title like Down Your Throat, I expected a bit of deep throating, which there wasnt much of. This ticked me off at first, but once again I was so drawn into the scene that I could barely remember my name, let alone the name of the movie I was watching. Down Your Throat 2 is an excellent oral feature that was nearly perfect for me.

The sex is nicely varied while remaining oral, the technical aspects are very impressive, and theres even a little effort towards the extras. This is a nicely done DVD.

Note to Smash Pictures: Its nice to see you moving past some of the problems youve had in the recent past. The audio here was great, the chapter breaks for the scenes were well done, and the bonus scene made for an excellent extra. Now if youd just put a time stamp on the feature!

Expectations
