Normally I am hesitant when it comes to porn parodies, I have seen enough of them to know that very few actually pull them off successfully. So, when I saw that Digital Playground had released Anchorwoman I was intrigued but cautious about watching it. However, I am glad that I decided to give this a viewing! Director Jakodema and a very talented cast was able to pull off this parody and make an entertaining movie.

The acting was solid for the most part and the dialogue actually had me laughing out loud throughout the entirety of the film. But the beautiful and talented Eva Lovia stole most of this reviewers attention. Digital Playground has been marketing Eva extensively, and for good reason. She has proven that she has the ability to headline a major adult film in a convincing manner. She has an excellent camera presence and is always able to take over the scene regardless of who she is working with. I was very impressed with her overall body of work in this parody. The rest of the cast did a great job as well, this movie could have come off as extremely cheesy but it was obvious that they took their roles seriously and all had very nice performances.

SCENE BREAKDOWN:
Scene 1: Eva Lovia w/ Erik Everhard

The opening scene is strong and does a nice job setting the tone for the rest of the movie. Eva Lovia is extremely sexy as she strips down to a cute bra and panty number while she seduces Erik in his office. The buildup to the action is good and the dialogue is convincing. Eva does not overdo anything, her moans sound genuine and her personality really pops out of the screen as she is constantly smiling and laughing throughout the scene. Eva and Erik have good chemistry together, they appear to have fun performing and have really good pacing. Eva's ass looks amazing as she is riding Erik Cowgirl-style on his office chair. There is a good amount of Cowgirl and Doggystyle positions in this scene. This was a very enjoyable scene to watch.

SCENE 2: London Keyes w/ Steven St. Croix

In this scene we are introduced to Ron Merlot who is the main anchorman played by Steven St. Croix. I have to say that Steven does a pretty good job imitating the original source material and is pretty entertaining to listen to. In this scene he is paired with the always enjoyable- London Keyes. Scene 2 is much more aggressive and intense than the opening scene. Both performers are very enthusiastic as they exchange oral favors. London performs some deepthroating while Steven licks her moist pussy in the 69 position. There is some good action here, both performers seem to be having fun with each other and there is solid chemistry between them. London rides him hard in the Cowgirl position which is nice to see. London proves that she is still a talented and consistent performer.

SCENE 3: Dana Dearmond w/ Van Wylde

In this scene Dana does a great job playing a na?ve intern looking to break into the business. She has a great personality and even though the schtick does wear thin, she is able to make it very sexy and entertaining. Once again there is good chemistry between these two performers, there is a lot of talking during the action in this one but it is funny and both performers seem to enjoy it. Dana's ass is on display here as she rides Van on a couch and gets fucked doggystyle. This was one of the most entertaining scenes I have seen in some time. Very pleasant surprise in this movie.

SCENE 4: Olivia Austin w/ Tommy Gunn

Olivia Austin is a beautiful, curvy, blonde that has an amazing body and great on-screen personality. She has great tits that are on display while she rides Tommy in reverse cowgirl. Tommy is always a consistent performer and has some very funny dialogue in this movie. This scene does lack some of the intensity and chemistry that the first 3 provided but it is still enjoyable to watch.

SCENE 5: Courtney Taylor w/ Derrick Pierce

Scene 5 takes place in a bar after hours and introduces us to the busty and sexy Courtney Taylor. Courtney looks amazing in her pink bra and panties contrasted against her dark complexion. Her massive tits are trying to break out of her bra as they begin to kiss and touch heavily which is very sexy. There is a lot of good energy and action in this scene, it starts off fast and both performers are able to keep up the intensity throughout. Courtney does do quite a bit of moaning and screaming which may seem over the top at times but she definitely does not over do it like others. This is a really nice scene.

SCENE 5: Eva Lovia w/ Steven St. Croix

Much like her first scene, Eva Lovia is very fun to watch in this one as well. This scene has great pacing as Steven seems to enjoy every second of fucking Eva's tight pussy. There is some nice oral action in the beginning followed by Cowgirl where Eva's perfect ass is once again the center of attention. Really nice scene that does end rather abruptly.

Overall, I enjoyed this parody. I thought Jakodema did a great job directing the cast and giving the audience an entertaining movie. Eva Lovia was given two scenes and proved that she deserved the main headline. The cast was very talented and each performer was solid in their respective scenes. There really wasn't a bad scene in this movie which is always refreshing. So, I recommend at least viewing this movie and giving it a shot.
