Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are very nicely done, and just as good as one would expect from an artistic mainstream release. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. It's nicely lit and clear with a solid eye behind the camera.

The Movie:
 Chloe B. is back and on her wheels. This time she's traded in her roller skates for a bike, and makes her way around the neighborhood peeping in on a few people as well as getting a little action herself.

Scene 1

Busty redhead Chloe delivers papers to Madison and Rob, and peeps on them and Bobbie as she does so before laying back in the grass outside Rob's window to diddle her pussy. Momentum 2 is a very nice improvement on the original. This time the story seems to gel much better than in the previous, and I loved the voyeuristic theme through the movie. The camera work captured the voyeuristic aspect quite nicely and the editing and style gave Momentum 2 a slightly artistic but very mainstream feeling for me that I really liked. Of course, I've been a fan of Chloe B. since I first saw her in some Abby Winters release or another years ago, and I'm not sure she's ever disappointed me. Bobbie makes a very nice debut here with her to finish the movie, and Madison and Rob's scene also worked very well. I'll admit that normally I'd be very disappointed for a scene to end without any kind of pop as theirs did, but here it worked into the story in a way that I didn't mind (or even really notice until a few minutes after the scene was done). The only complaint I can really have here is that the movie doesn't last anywhere close to an hour, and that makes it very hard to recommend. Yes, it's a solid movie, but you can get plenty of other solid releases that last three time as long for the same price as this one. Momentum 2 is a solid release with a great sense of style, but it's short running length makes it very hard to recommend as anything beyond a rental.

The Extras:
 A trailer is included for the first Momentum release. The photo gallery lasts about two minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts fourteen and a half minutes. You get a nice trip around the making of the movie, from short segments shooting the scenes to plenty of interviews with the cast. Of course there's plenty of the always lovely Chloe B., but there's also some nice time devoted to the deaf Bobbie. The really cool thing for me here was that Bobbie was there was never any special care or attention given to Bobbie's lack of hearing, but instead everyone just worked around it naturally. This is a very nice behind the scenes featurette and a solid addition to the overall release.

Final Thoughts:
 If you're looking for something a bit more artistic, this one's definitely worth a look, but with a running time that's significantly less that an hour it's hard to recommend it as anything more than just a rental.

Note to Light Southern:
 You're definitely doing some things very right here, but when your releases last about half the length of a regular release it's hard to recommend you too much.
