Girlfriends Films not only specializes in lesbian videos, it manages to run a number of different distinct lines that are sub-genres themselves. Lesbian Seductions is their older woman seducing younger women series. Each volume has four scenes, each scene has two actresses. There's a scenario to set up the situation, a bit of a seduction, and then hot lesbo action in various positions. The seduction is pretty quick--if guys could do it this easily, we'd get laid every night. But as each scene averages about 45 minutes, there isn't a lot of time to waste.

Even though there are variations in the scenarios and the pairings of performers, there are a number of elements in common throughout. First is that I didn't see any strap-ons or toys. Second is that it's much more Abby Winters-like in that it's not just strip, dive for the clit and the girl screams an orgasm that threatens to shatter windows. These are more plodding, the performers take off some (not necessarily all of) their clothes. There's a lot of affection: kissing on the lips, caressing, nipple sucking and breast fondling, as well as the tried-and-true cunnilingus and finger-fucking and pussy-grinding. Even though some of the scenes look more scripted and acted, they're still a lot more realistic than the over-stylized, hurried, lap-dance quality crap you find in most lesbian scenes these days. It's indicitive of the overall quality in the entire Lesbian Seductions series.

Scene 1: Alicia and Sydni are two brunettes, and the setup is two girls in a lawyer's office, one training the other, and of course they end up in the sack. Keisha has a cameo at the beginning but goes away when the action moves into the bedroom.

Scene 2: Emily and Kaci are a brunette and a blonde, one plays a homeowner and the other is a handywoman who comes over to fix some cabinets, and of course--has to have some other adjustments done in bed.

Scene 3: Keisha and Mindy Lee - Keisha is a busty brunette, Mindy Lee is a petite blonde who's staying at Keisha's. She's supposed to be studying biology but ends up studying Keisha's anatomy instead.

This is my favorite scene: I wanted to see this video because I'm a born-again Keisha fan. I was luke-warm on her in the 80s when she was young and in her prime, but she's aged like a bordeaux and these lesbian seduction scenes play to her strengths. She's got a beautiful smile, a gentleness to her lovemaking, and she's quick to laugh. So many performers in porn (particularly in lesbian scenes) act with such gravity that they look as if they're diffusing a bomb. Keisha actually looks like she's truly having fun and making it up as she goes along. Even though it may not be the case, it's the most natural and convincing, and IMO, the most erotic.

Scene 4: Kylie and Susan - a blonde and a redhead--another vague setup where what this relationship really is, except that Kylie and Susan are sharing the same home (at least tonight) and of course, Kylie ends up in Susan's arms.

Special Features: there are no "bonus" scenes or other b.s. Just trailers for other titles by the studio.

Production values: This is, on the whole, one of the better studios I've seen. Photography is clean and clear, and there's no manic camerawork to distract you from the action onscreen. The sets are realistic and attractive. The girls usually wear nice clothes and strip down through pretty lingerie before getting naked. There's no annoying music. The sound quality is clean but sometimes the dialog is lost when the performers aren't speaking loudly. Still, I find these things visually appealing on every level. They also put in a lot of chapter stops so it's easy to skip around.

Final verdict: I got it because I'm born again hard for Keisha, and her scene is in heavy rotation on my DVD player now. But even overall, it's a very good DVD if you like lesbian titles and you like older / younger pairings. The performers are attractive, the sex is excellent, and the production is eye-candy. And at well over 3 hours, you get a lot of lesbian bang for your buck.
