This Isn't Christmas Vacation: The XXX Parody is the worst kind of ?parody? movie coming out of the adult industry today. One that doesn't even try. The premise here is that Clark Dickwald (Anthony Rosano) gets a subscription to the dildo of the month club from work instead of the Christmas bonus he was expecting. Then four long sex scenes, which were inspired by National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation commence.
Instead of actually attempting to parody the original film, this movie essentially just consists of four scenes that were inspired by the movie being parodied. There isn't even an attempt at a coherent story throughout the movie. This is too bad since there isn't much for feature adult Christmas themed movies that I can think of. In fact, the only good one that comes to mind is Shaun Costello's The Passions of Carol.
If you are looking for an all sex movie with a bit of a Christmas theme, then you might like this movie. The sex scenes look good, but honestly each one runs for too long.
Devil's Film has done a good job of presenting the movie on this disc. This Isn't Christmas Vacation is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1. The picture looks nice throughout and is crisp and clear. Devil's Film has put a bug in the lower right hand corner of the screen. The movie is presented with two audio tracks, an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track with music and an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track without music. The track without music works fine. The track with music isn't as good, as the music overpowers the rest of the track.
Devil's Film hasn't included much for useful extras on the release. There is a photo gallery and a pop shot compilation. If you like the movie, the picture looks nice and the release will work for you.
